When you use ClawMemory, we collect:

• Account Information: Email address used for authentication
• Memory Data: Content you store via our API, including text, tags, and metadata
• Usage Data: API request logs, memory counts, and access patterns
• Payment Information: Processed by DodoPayments; we don't store payment card details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the ClawMemory service
• Process your memories for semantic search (via OpenAI embeddings)
• Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
• Send transactional emails (login links, subscription updates)
• Improve our service and develop new features

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices including:

• TLS encryption for all API communications
• Hashed API keys (we never store plain keys)
• Row-level security in our database
• Regular security audits

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• OpenAI: Text embeddings for semantic search
• DodoPayments: Payment processing
• Vercel: Hosting

Each service has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your memories as long as your account is active. When you delete a memory via the API, it is permanently removed from our database. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your stored memories via our API
• Delete any or all of your memories
• Export your data upon request
• Close your account at any time
