1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawMemory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawMemory provides a memory storage and semantic search API for AI agents. The Service allows you to store, retrieve, and search text-based memories using vector embeddings.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription & Payment

The Service offers a paid subscription plan with a 7-day free trial. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fee of $12/month after the trial period
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing date
  • No refunds for partial months of service

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Dashboard.

5. Usage Limits

The Pro plan includes:

  • Up to 5,000 memories stored
  • Unlimited recall/search operations
  • 100 API requests per minute

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service restrictions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you store in ClawMemory. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service (e.g., generating embeddings).

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible
  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Terminate accounts that violate these terms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
